Xura Enterprise enables click to communicate video calls via Hypnobox’s CRM system, with first customer user Tecnisa
Tecnisa integrates real-time communications module from it's Hypnobox CRM and chat solution, via Xura’s forge SDK
WAKEFIELD, Mass., 16 June 2016: Xura, Inc. (NASDAQ: MESG), a leading provider of digital communications services and innovator in WebRTC technology, today announced that it has integrated its forge SDK into Tecnisa’s website via Hypnobox’s CRM system, which enables click-to-communicate video calls for real estate customers. Hypnobox provide complete CRM and Chat solutions to real estate brokers across Brazil, with over 10,000 brokers connecting to its system daily. With Xura’s forge SDK, real estate developers can now add video call functionality to their own website or mobile applications by enabling the real-time communication module within Hypnobox’s CRM System, without the need for a separate plug-ins.
Tecnisa, one of the biggest and most innovative real estate companies in Brazil focused on the residential market from land acquisition to building development and sales, will be the first customer to enable this across its mobile application and website. By utilising Xura’s SDK they can open new connectivity channels with their customers to provide a more collaborative and fulfilling engagement experience, where they can answer questions quicker based on contextual communications.
Xura’s forge SDK, which is based on WebRTC technology, enables intelligent, secure and personalized two-way dialogue across any device, website and app. This means that once integrated into a website or mobile app, it will enable real-time, next generation customer interactions, including VoIP calling, video chat, instant messaging, encrypted file- and screen- sharing, presence and recording, all at the touch of a button. With user context at the core of the offering, when a customer clicks to communicate with their real-estate broker, their call can be routed to the most appropriate personnel, who has historical and contextual information at their fingertips. This translates into a faster call resolution and a more personalized service, as well as substantial cost savings, time savings and improved customer experience.
Rafael Meireles Yoshioka, CEO at Hypnobox, said: “With Xura’s forge SDK, our customers, the real estate brokers, can now access the forge SDK and integrate into their own webpages to perform video-calls directly at any point in the customer journey. Their customers simply click to communicate when they need support. In turn, this offers a superior communications channel to their customers and prospects via mobile and web apps, as well as allowing a single and consolidated view of the caller’s history.
“We chose to work with Xura as we wanted to work with the very best provider in the market to fit our leading CRM System. Tecnisa is our first real-estate developer to take advantage of Xura’s WebRTC technology, so will not only be able to offer an unrivalled customer experience but be perceived as a differentiator and innovator in the industry. Other brokers, can easily do the same to enhance their customer engagement and generate incremental revenue, boosting the value of the system to both them and us.”
“In the past, we had provided the option to customers to reach out to us via video calls but the technology was outdated, cumbersome, and required a plug-in which was not ready for mobile devices. When Hypnobox was able to offer us a new solution through Xura, it made perfect sense to evolve our system and offer our customers the latest click-to-communicate technology. Now our customers can connect via video to real estate agents representatives, and have queries resolved quicker, saving time and money - so a win, win situation for everyone,” agreed, Denilson Novelli, E-business Manager, at Tecnisa.
JF Sullivan, CMO and EVP Enterprise at Xura, commentated: “WebRTC is leading efforts in contextual call centre technology, resulting in renewed customer loyalty and increased engagement rates which can only lift satisfaction levels. The use of the forge SDK, provides a modular approach to Hypnobox’s CRM system, meaning they can offer authenticated and encrypted secure video calling to real estate brokers. This provides a seamless solution to support Hypnobox’s CRM System, where brokers can pick this module if it fits with their business model. Great customer care, can came at a high cost, so this rich communication tool offered by our forge SDK, can be relatively inexpensive to implement, requiring only a few lines of code.”
Ease of deployment, security, mobile readiness, as well as features including the ability to see local presence of customers and call center agents and provide support tutorials, are some of the reasons that led Hypnobox to choose Xura. The company expects that Xura’s solution will contribute considerably to the clients’ conversion rate. Find out more about Xura and its forge SDK.
