This week we continue to engage with the operator, enterprise and developer communities delivering insight and innovation with our comprehensive suite of communications capabilities. You can drop by and see us at two events across North America, view live demos, and deep dive in person into the potential and power of mobility. Come and see how we can facilitate more efficient, sophisticated and valuable interactions with customers by providing a host services including real-time, click to communicate video, voice and messaging interactions, all powered by WebRTC technology for mobile and web.
Transforming Customer Care at Contact Center Demo & Conference
You will find us participating as a Silver Sponsor at ICMI's Contact Center Demo & Conference in Chicago, from November 3th – 5th, 2014, during which we announced how we are enabling contact centres to transform their customer care with a full suite of multi-channel, rich communication services.
Customers demand that personal, human touch and won’t hold back until they get it. With social media channels allowing interaction in a public forum which has its risks, and poor telephone customer service satisfaction rates, we are addressing these needs by offering a variety of rich, engagement channels which offer real-time engagement, are convenient, efficient, and personalised as well as cost effective for contact centres, and can be utilised over web and mobile. We will be exhibiting on booth 116 where we will be showcasing our award-winning forge by Acision mobile customer service demo, based on the Forge SDK, which illustrates how businesses can integrate their call centre web interface with an app storefront, and also our white-label smart sharing app fuseMe by Acision.
WebRTC Summit: A Word From The Chairman
In addition, Peter Dunkley, Technical Director at Acision, will host as Summit Chair for the WebRTC Summit from November 4th – 6th, in Santa Clara. In addition Peter will take to the stage to discuss the case for interoperability in his speaker session, ‘Interoperable WebRTC and Why It Is Important’ and explain how WebRTC can be used to enhance and extend existing services in a way that provides benefits to service providers and their customers.
We will also be exhibiting and demoing our multiple award-winning forge by Acision demos here on booth 109 for the duration of the event.
